    4. Sit back and wait
    5. The LIO Team will conduct a price review and approve the data
    6. Receive your delivery (priced, scrubbed and the comp report).
    7. After you recieve the priced data back, you will submit it to our mail house.

What’s included?

    1. Priced data and formatted ready to be mailed
    2. Scrubbed data so there are very little bad mailers being sent
    3. A pricing report breakdown showing how we broke everything down
    4. A report that shows all of the comps on a map that you can toggle through. This contains the sold information along with a link to the listing.
    5. Final reviewal and approval from the LIO leadership team

How long does this process take? 

Answer: We will send you a priced excel sheet within 2-4 business days.

Who is this for?

This is a great outsourcing solution for any experienced or new land investor. Outsourcing your data can be a very effective way to scale your business. 

What format and how is this returned to us?

We will send you your data file back formatted and ready to submit for mail. This is the template we use to directly send our mail. We will also send a comp report and a pricing breakdown sheet going over exactly how we priced each area. The comp report will be all of the comp land properties on a map for you to toggle and see the sold price, size etc. 

What is a price report?

The price report is how we decided to breakdown the county into pricing. In many counties we will have different “areas” of pricing based on where we see trends and pricing differences. For example, maybe the east side of the county is priced different than the west side of the county. We would split this up into to areas for pricing. Along with that the pricing report will show you what we priced per acre for the different acreage ranges.

What is the comp report?

The comp report is a map of all of the comps we used to price your data. You can use this map when you are fielding calls and negotiating to help you understand the areas. You can filter the zip code and area breakdown through this map as well, along with clicking the comp to take you to the MLS listing.
