I wanted to follow up on my first deal that was a 21 acre subdivide into four parcels. We closed on 3/4 with an investor and just got the check in yesterday! Buy for 38k sold for 90,500! On those the check came in at 32,113! Once that last parcel of the 4 sells total profit will be 42k! Certainly got lucky right out of the gate with this one and only going to reinvest from here!
